2. TO WHOM DOES THIS POLICY APPLY

Some parts of this Policy are directed at specific types of people. We use some special terminology to refer to them, which we define below. This Policy applies to everyone who uses our Services, but sometimes we direct parts of it toward particular groups of users.

Users: "Users" are everyone who uses our Services.

Hospital Representatives: "Hospital Representatives" are users who has submitted details to us to list a hospital or created accounts (free or paid) to promote their brand, participate in our advertising services, and participate in other Services that we direct toward the hospital community. We send leads to hospitals on your behalf, as described in this Policy.

3. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

The information we collect on or through our Services may include:

3.1. Your Personal Information:

Some of the Services require us to know more about you so that we can best meet your needs. When you access these Services, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us certain information that personally identifies (or could be used to personally identify) you. Personal Information includes (but is not limited to) the following categories of information: (1) registered data (such as your name, e-mail address, mobile number and password); (2) demographic data (such as your gender, your date of birth or age and your address); (3) health insurance data (such as your insurance carrier, insurance plan, member ID, group ID); (4) medical data (such as the hospitals, doctors or dentists you have visited, your reasons for visit, your dates of visit, your diagnostics history, and health check-ups history, your hospitalization history and other health information you choose to share with us); (5) PinkPad data (such as your uploaded doctors' prescriptions and medical reports, present health conditions, health history, BMI, BP & pulse, blood glucose, medications, allergies, immunizations, lipid profile, urine profile, child vaccination etc.); and (6) All transactional data, such as searches for hospitals, your admission data, number of appointments, bookmarked data, carelisted data etc is used to ensure a better service. You may still access and use some of the Services if you choose not to provide us with any Personal Information, but the features of the Services that require your Personal Information will not be accessible to you.

3.2. Your Communications:

Communications between you and other users or hospitals through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, contest, feedback or promotion scheme; your request for certain features (e.g. contact hospital, report error, newsletters, updates, PinkPin or other products); your communication with us about employment opportunities posted to the services.

3.3. Your Public Posts:

You also may provide information (such as ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends, etc.) to be published or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") on publicly accessible areas of our Services, or transmitted to other users of our Services or third-parties (collectively, "User Engagements"). Your User Engagements are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable (see "Security" in section 8). Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of our Services with whom you may choose to share your User Engagements. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Engagements will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We may display this information on the Services, share it with businesses, and further distribute it to a wider audience through third party sites and services. 3.4. Your Friend's Information:

You have the option to request your friends to join the Services by providing their contact information. If you request a friend to join and connect with you on the Services, we will only use your friend's contact information to process your request.

We may collect, process and store your user ID associated with any social media account (such as your Facebook, Twitter and Google account) that you use to sign into the Services or connect with or use with the Services. When you sign in to your account with your social media account information, or otherwise connect to your social media account with the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you make available to us through the social media interface. • > When you update your PinkPad and/or create a PinkPad for your family;

• > When you voluntarily provide information in free-form text boxes through contact hospital, report error and through responses to surveys, questionnaires and the like;

• > When you use the Services' interactive tools and services, such as signing up Hospitalz account, update Hospitalz dashboard, creating other representative profile and doctor profile, submit patients' health reports on PinkPad, advertise with us, sending health tips, provide hard copy of hospital details, hospital promotional packages as a hospital representative;

• > When you call us, send us email or otherwise contact us;

Through cookies, web beacons, website analytics services and other tracking technology (collectively, "Tracking Tools"), as described below.

5. TRAKING TOOLS

We may use tools outlined below in order to better understand users.

5.1. Cookies:

"Cookies" are small computer files transferred to your computing device that contain information such as user ID, user preferences, lists of pages visited and activities conducted while using the Services. We use Cookies to help us improve or tailor the Services by tracking your navigation habits, storing your authentication status so you do not have to re-enter your credentials each time you use the Services, customizing your experience with the Services and for analytics and fraud prevention.

We may use a type of advertising commonly known as interest-based or online behavioral advertising. This means that some of our business partners use Cookies to display YugYugJiyo.com ads on other websites and services based on information about your use of the Services and on your interests (as inferred from your online activity). The information collected by Web Beacons allows us to analyze how many people are using the Services, using the selected advertisers' websites or opening our emails, and for what purpose, and also allows us to enhance our interest-based advertising.

(v) contact you when necessary or requested, including to remind you of an upcoming appointment;

(vi) customize and tailor your experience of the Services, which may include sending customized messages or showing you Sponsored Results that may be of interest to you based on information collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy;

(vii) send emails, SMS and other communications to keep updated you about our new services, daily health tips, special offers, healdeals, promos, coupons etc.;

(viii) combine information received from third parties with the information that we have from or about you and use the combined information for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy;

(ix) use statistical information that we collect in any way permitted by law, including from third parties in connection with their commercial and marketing efforts; and

(xi) we may use information that is neither Personal Information nor PinkPad data to better understand who uses YugYugJiyo.com and how we can deliver a better healthcare experience (for example, testing different kinds of emails has helped us understand when and how patients prefer to get Wellness Reminders for preventive care), or otherwise at our discretion.

7. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We may disclose certain information that we collect from you:

(i) We may share your Personal Information with the Participating Hospitals with which you choose to schedule an appointment through the Services.

(ii) We may share your Personal Information, present health condition, present medical reports, prescription and PinkPad data with your Carelisted Hospitals to enable them to customize an fixed/estimated surgery package for you and to share a medical opinion.

(iii) We may share your Personal Information with your Hospitals to enable them to refer you to and make appointments with other Healthcare Providers on your behalf or to perform analyses on potential health issues or treatments, provided that you choose to use the applicable Services.

(iv) We may share your Personal Information with your contacted hospitals through our website in the event of your queries.

(v) We do not sell email addresses and mobile numbers to third parties. We may share your email address and mobile number with our business partners to enable them to help YugYugJiyo.com customize our advertising.

(vi) We may share your Personal Information and Traffic Data with our business partners who perform core operational services (such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, data storage, security, insurance verification, or Website analytics in Section 5 (Tracking Tools)) and/or by making certain features available to our users.

(vii) We may transfer your information to another company in connection with a merger, sale, acquisition or other change of ownership or control by or of YugYugJiyo.com (whether in whole or in part). Should one of these events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy and security policies and practices.

We also may need to disclose your Personal Information or any other information we collect about you if we determine in good faith that such disclosure is needed to: (1) comply with applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process; (2) protect the rights, property or safety of YugYugJiyo.com or another party; (3) enforce the Agreement or other agreements with you; or (4) respond to claims that any posting or other content violates third-party rights.

We may disclose information that is neither Personal Information nor medical data at our discretion.

8. SECURITY OF INFORMATION

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We endeavor to follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and in storage. You must promptly notify us if any of your account data is lost, stolen or used without permission.

10. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OR ON BEHALF OF CHILDREN

The Services are not intended for use by children and children are prohibited from using the Services. YugYugJiyo.com does not knowingly collect any information from children, nor are the Services directed to children.

By accessing, using and/or submitting information to or through the Services, you represent that you are not younger than age 13. If we learn that we have received any information directly from a child under age 13 without his/her parent's written consent, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or his/her parent or legal guardian) to inform the child that he/she cannot use the Services and subsequently we will delete that information.

If you are between age thirteen (13) to eighteen (18), you may use the Services only with the consent of or under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor child, you may, in compliance with the Agreement, use the Services on behalf of such minor child. Any information that you provide us while using the Services on behalf of your minor child will be treated as Personal Information as otherwise provided herein.

The Services contain links to third party websites with which YugYugJiyo.com has no affiliation. A link to a non- YugYugJiyo.com website does not mean that we endorse that website, the quality or accuracy of information presented on the non- YugYugJiyo.com website or the persons or entities associated with the non- YugYugJiyo.com website. If you decide to visit a third party website, you are subject to the privacy policy of the third party website as applicable and we are not responsible for the policies and practices of the third party website. 12. JOB APPLICANTS

If your information is submitted to us through our Service when applying for a position with our company, the information will be used to consider your application. We may retain your information for any period of time. This information may be shared with other companies for the purpose of evaluating your qualifications for the particular position or other available positions, as well as with third-party service providers retained by us to collect, maintain and analyze candidate submissions for job postings.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice to you. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your personal information, sensitive personal information or in the Privacy Policy, we will display a notice on the Websites or send you an email, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the Websites.
