How do I book an appointment?

It's easy! Just go to our search engine and find a hospital by location, hospital name or your required speciality or procedure. We'll show you a bunch of different hospitals for your medical needs. Explore the right one for you and view available doctors' list, procedures, diagnostics, health check-up packages, facilities, bed charges, images and reviews from other patients. Then, select an appointment purpose you need and follow the quick prompts to book your appointment in minutes. See how it works.

How do I know which hospital to choose?

If required, YugYugJiyo experts can help you to choose a right hospital by managing your medial needs, but in a very transparent way. The final choice of selecting the right hospital depends on you. That's why we give you so much information! When you're choosing a hospital, you can take a virtual tour of hospital. Don't forget to leave a review after your hospital visiting so you can help other patients find the right hospital!

When should I book an appointment for hospitalization?

If you want to book an appointment for a planned surgery or admission, choose hospitalization purpose and book appointment. Please don't use this in case of any medical emergency.

How do I know that my appointment has really been confirmed?

Once your appointment has been booked, we verify to begin processing it. When the hospital receives it and confirms the same, you'll receive an confirmation email and SMS from YugYugJiyo with helpful details about your upcoming appointment.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes. You can reschedule any pending or confirmed appointment only before the schedule of that appointment.

What if my appointment is cancelled or rescheduled by the hospital/YugYugJiyo?

Sometimes a doctor has a last-minute emergency or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. In these rare cases, we'll email and SMS you as soon as possible to let you know about the scheduling change, help you find a new appointment time, and do our best to make up for the inconvenience.

Can I call YugYugJiyo to book my appointments over the phone?

Our service was built so you don't have to book appointment over the phone! We're working hard to create a simple online healthcare experience - but if you're having trouble, give us a call at (+91) 9007900744 and we'll be happy to guide you through the booking process.

I am covered under TPA / health insurance scheme. Do you accept insurance?

No. Now YugYugJiyo does not get involved in the financial transaction between patient and hospital. Hospital may or may not accept the insurance or any cashless mediclaim. However, you can search hospital by your insutance company/TPA on YugYugJiyo and when you visit the hospital show your TPA ID card and insurance policy copy, our HealthHero at hospital will help you.

Carelist - Hospitalization

What is YugYugJiyo "Carelist"?

It's a new cool way to create a right hospital list by clicking "Add to Carelist" and post patient's present medical reports, prescription for getting the fixed/estimated package of required planned surgery with medical opinion from those hospitals.

How does YugYugJiyo Carelist feature help me?

YugYugJiyo Carelist can help you get a surgery package estimation from max. 5 hospitals for your required medical procedure before hospitalization. You don't need to go hospital to hospital. After comparing those, choose one hospital that best suits you and book an appointment for hospitalization purpose and get a hassle-free admission-discharge process with help of our HealthHero at hospital.

What does a "Surgery Package" means?

A Surgery Package is set of services offered by the hospital for your surgery. A Package clearly states-what's included in the services being offered to you, what's not and the total cost of these services. The Package will mention - total fixed/estimated package cost, bed type, bed charge, no. of hospital stay days, doctor name, doctor fees, OT charge and any investigations, medicines, hospital facilities, implantation, your health insurance / cashless mediclaim are included or not and medical opinion.

How and when will I get the fixed/estimated package?

After posting your Carelist request, your added hospital representative will contact you on mobile or in email or check your YugYugJiyo PinkProfile for an fixed/estimated package within two (2) working days. As the medical science is highly complex and the treatment of illness is not directly related to the package, the hospital may not provide any fixed/estimated surgery package.

How many hospitals can I add in my Carelist at a time?

Now you can add maximum five (5) hospitals in your Carelist at a time to post your package request.

Is the total cost of estimated surgery package fixed?

As the medical science is highly complex and the treatment of illness is not directly related to the package, the customization and cost of surgery package may not always be possible to fix. It may vary according to patient's health condition. Actually this service will give you an idea about the surgery cost and hospital facilities before hospitalization at your selected hospital instead of running here and there.

Can I get surgery packages in case of an emergency?

No. We send your posted medical reports, prescription and other information to your added hospitals. After reviewing your all reports the hospitals will customize an estimated surgery package for you. To do all this things we need 1-2 days and it's not possible to provide a fixed emergency surgery package in medical science. So, in case of emergency you contact to the nearest hospital directly.

How and where to pay the total cost of surgery package?

Hospital services and the final bill settlement of the surgery package is directly between you and the hospital. Pay the total final cost of surgery at hospital with their payment system (through cash/card/online/EMI). As you already know how much to pay and what services to expect, even then, it's recommended that before undergoing a treatment, once again (and you have the right to!) seek confirmation about the details of the package - what's included and what's not.

How do I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment instantly from your YugYugJiyo profile!

  • 1. Go to My Appointments
  • 2. Choose the appointment which you wish to cancel and click on "Manage Appointment"
  • 3. Select Cancel Appointment

What if I don't visit at hospital and unable to cancel the confirmed appointment?

If you are not likely to avail the services in the hospital due to any reason, please cancel the appointment online one (1) hour prior to the schedule. If not done, you will have the last chance to book another appointment and if the same thing happens again then your account will be blocked to book any appointment for the next 30 days.

Payments

How do I pay for doctor consultation, hospitalization, OPD investigation and health check-up package?

Now you have to pay for doctor consultation, hospitalization, OPD investigation and health check-up package directly at hospital as per hospital bill. In near future you can pay at YugYugJiyo.com through online/EMI.

Can I pay online or through Credit card/debit card/EMI?

If your hospital provides those options of payment then you can, otherwise not.

What is YugYugJiyo "PinkPad"?

YugYugJiyo PinkPad is a e-Pad with a unique ID where you can receive hospital reports online, store your or your family's health vitals to keep track of those and upload medical reports, prescriptions.

How does YugYugJiyo PinkPad feature help me?

By using YugYugJiyo PinkPad you can keep track of your health vitals and monitor how healthier you. You can also share your PinkPad with other healthcare provider for second medical opinion. You don't need to carry health records everytime.

How can I create a PinkPad?

When you sign up at YugYugJiyo.com, a PinkPad is automatically created for yourself. You then may create more PinkPads for your family using 'Create New PinkPad' button.

Is it a free service?
