Around thirty minutes prior to the consultation, you will receive another message with video consultation window app link.

* You acknowledge that the Hospital(s) or Doctor(s) enlisted with us are independent contractors and thereby YugYugJiyo has an independent contractor relationship with such Hospital(s) or Doctor(s) and therefore in no event YugYugJiyo will be directly or indirectly liable for any advice or medical consultancy or any loss arising therefrom that the Hospital(s) or Doctor(s) may provide to You or You may avail as part of the Services.
* Online Payment (inclusion of hospital registration charge) is only applicable for general cash patient. Appointment will stand cancelled if you fail to open the consultation window at the scheduled time and and therefore in no event YugYugJiyo will be liable to refund you from Hospital(s) or Doctor(s).
* You acknowledge that the e-prescription (not a valid prescription under applicable law(s) of India) or any form of prescription (whether original or scanned copy of the original prescription) which may be issued by the Hospital(s) or Doctor(s) for facilitation of medicine orders, then we will only act as an aggregator and assume no responsibility and/ or liability in relation to the dispensation of the medicines.
